bgd8 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the bgd8 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bgd8 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member") using our services.

By creating an account on bgd8 or using the platform in any way, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms must be read together with bgd8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

2.1 Registration Process

To participate on bgd8, you must create a personal account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in immediate account termination.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household or device. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated and associated funds forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. bgd8 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgd8 reserves the right to verify your identity, age and payment method at any time. For verification, you may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document along with proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed within the specified time.

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on bgd8:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must have an active personal account registered in your own name.
• You must act on your own behalf — gambling on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the area where you are located.
• bgd8 employees and their close relatives are not eligible to place bets on the platform.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bgd8 is ৳100. This limit applies to each approved payment method. Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party accounts or cash transfers are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must use the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification and Delays

Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals. The withdrawal process may be delayed until the conditions of any active bonus have been met.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bgd8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgd8 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳4,000, you will receive an additional ৳8,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. This means if you receive a ৳8,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳120,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus of the same type cannot be accepted while one bonus is already active.
• Winnings from bonus funds will be converted to real money only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Certain games do not contribute to bonus wagering — this will be stated in the details of each promotion.
• bgd8 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If a member is found to be abusing bonuses, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

bgd8's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on continued activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The specific terms of VIP benefits are determined at the discretion of bgd8.

6.1 Fair Play

bgd8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our games use technically certified Random Number Generators (RNG).

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to server failure, internet disconnection or any other technical fault, bgd8 reserves the right to cancel or replay that round. The "software malfunction voids bets" policy applies to all games.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market. These limits are displayed in the game lobby. bgd8 reserves the right to set individual bet limits in specific cases.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC tournaments) and betting on other sports are governed by bgd8's specific sports betting rules. Separate rules apply for placing bets before an event starts or during in-play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgd8:

• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or compromising the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or moving funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Causing harm to bgd8 or other members through hacking, phishing or any other fraudulent means.
• Using bgd8 on behalf of a third party or for the purpose of operating a professional gambling ring.

If any of the above violations are proven, bgd8 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice, and may also take legal action if necessary.

8.1 bgd8's Rights

bgd8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member's account at any time for any reason — particularly in cases of breach of these terms.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Any eligible withdrawable funds will be returned before the account is closed.

8.3 Suspended Accounts and Funds

Funds held in accounts terminated due to fraud or rule violations may be forfeited. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months or more) will be managed in accordance with bgd8's inactivity policy.

bgd8 is committed to protecting your personal information. How we collect, use and store data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

bgd8 does not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. However, information may need to be disclosed in cases of legal obligation, investigation or government directive.

All data transfers on our platform are secured using SSL encryption technology.

bgd8 strives to keep its services available without interruption, however we are not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Third-party software or payment gateway issues.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.
• Loss caused by careless use of your own account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, reputation or opportunity.

In any case, bgd8's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of actual funds held in your account.

13.3 Interpretation of Agreement

In any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the decision of bgd8 shall be considered final, provided it is made on the basis of fair and reasonable consideration.
